High Volume Not Required

You may think you can only justify a custom circuit board if you plan on building hundreds or thousands of them. That is not necessarily true. Quantity one for one time only is more difficult to justify, but not if the problem can’t be solved any other way. If you will be building multiple copies of the same control system, the justification starts getting easier in a hurry.

We’ll Design It For You

We will design your custom control board from the ground up based on our years of experience building control boards. We will design the circuit board and write any microprocessor firmware required. We will include communications as required, including Modbus RTU, Ethernet, RS-232, etc. If you paid us to do the design, we give you all the documentation you need to go get the product manufactured anywhere you like.

We’ll Manufacture It For You

Just because you can have it manufactured anywhere doesn’t mean you want to have it manufactured by anyone other than Avalon Engineering. You probably have better things to do than manage circuit board manufacturing. So let us take care of that for you. Everything needed to have finished, tested product shipped to your door will be taken care of.

We utilize state of the art ISO-9000 certified manufacturing services. We provide project coordination and production management taking advantage of the facilities best suited for the job. We have working relationships with contract manufacturing facilities ranging from low to high volume.
